01、About refrigeration units
When the cold storage needs to be activated again after being out of service for a long time, after the main power supply is turned on, wait at least 2-3 hours before operating the cold storage temperature control to start. This is because the compressor lubricating oil needs to be heated before the unit can be lubricated normally. Only the electric oil heater on the main brake can be started. After the unit is started normally, it will be heated and the power will be automatically cut off! This is very important, otherwise the compressor with the best quality will be damaged due to lack of oil.
02、About cold storage tower
For the cold storage of water-cooled units, if the cold storage is closed and not in use, the water in the cooling tower needs to be discharged to prevent the water in the cooling tower from freezing and damaging the condenser after the cold storage is out of service in winter. There is a drain on the end cover of the condenser of the unit (the cylinder of the water pipe under the machine), which is a screw plug. Use a wrench to unscrew the condenser, and the water can also be drained. When the water is confirmed to be clean, screw the plug back again. It should be noted that when the cold storage is activated again, the cooling tower needs to be refilled with water.
03、About cold storage control system
After the cold storage is installed or used again after long-term use, the cooling rate should be reasonable: it is advisable to control it at 8-10℃ every day, and keep it at 0℃ for a period of time, step by step, and gradually adjust to a suitable temperature zone.
04、About cold storage board maintenance
Pay attention to the collision and scratching of hard objects on the library body during use. Because it can cause depression and corrosion of the library board, it will seriously reduce the local insulation performance of the library body. In addition, you should also pay attention to protecting the integrity of the library board during normal use. Special industries should also consider the anti-corrosion of the library board. Once the library board is damaged and the sealing is not good, it will seriously affect the insulation effect and increase energy consumption.
05、About maintenance of cold storage sealing parts
As the prefabricated cold storage is made up of several insulation boards, there are certain gaps between the boards. These gaps will be sealed with sealant during construction to prevent air and moisture from entering. Therefore, in use, repair some parts of the seal failure in time.
06、About cold storage ground maintenance
Generally, small-scale prefabricated cold storage uses thermal insulation boards on the ground. When using the cold storage, prevent a large amount of ice and water from being stored on the ground. If there is ice, you must not use hard objects to beat it during cleaning to damage the ground.
