How important is the installation environment of the refrigeration unit? Doing these 4 points is enough!

Refrigeration equipment (compressor unit) is installed in the machine room, and the surrounding environment should be maintained:

1. There should be a clear space of not less than 1.5m in the height direction of the refrigeration compressor, a clear space of not less than 0.6~1.5m in the front and back, and a clear space of not less than 0.6m at one end against the wall in the left and right directions, and not less than 0.6m at the other end. Clear space less than 0.9~1.2m.

2. The ambient temperature should not be lower than 10℃.

3. When the unit is installed outdoors, there must be wind, rain and sun protection facilities, and measures must be taken to prevent corrosion and ensure electrical insulation. It should be isolated from high temperature heat sources, flammable and explosive materials or explosive containers.

4. The machine should be shockproof and soundproof.

Refrigeration equipment construction requirements:

1. The foundation of the refrigeration equipment (compressor unit) should have sufficient strength, and the concrete foundation should be buried below the ground level. Usually the base weight is about 2 to 5 times the weight of the compressor unit. For small and medium-sized units, refrigeration compressors and motors can be installed on a common chassis first, and then installed on the foundation.

2. The refrigeration equipment (compressor unit) should be installed horizontally, and the level and wedge-shaped pads with an available accuracy of not less than 0.02~0.05mm/m can be used for leveling adjustment. In order to reduce vibration and noise, shock-absorbing devices, such as rubber shock-absorbing pads, springs, etc., should be installed between the machine base and the foundation.

3. The belt of the refrigeration compressor is aligned and parallel to the groove of the pulley of the motor, and the tightness of the belt should be appropriate. The inspection method is to press the middle position of the belt span by hand, and a belt within 100mm in length and flexing about 1mm is suitable.

4. The air pressure test of 176.4N/cm2 is required for the installation of the condenser. The condenser outlet pipe should be inclined towards the accumulator, with a slope of 1/1000. Air pressure test of 156.8N/cm2 should be carried out before the evaporator is installed. Between the evaporator or cooling drainage and irrigation base and the foundation surface, a 50-100mm thick insulating hardwood pad should be added, and asphalt should be coated for anti-corrosion. The small tonnage cold storage may not have a liquid regulating station, and the liquid is directly supplied by the liquid storage. If the tonnage of the cold storage is large, the warehouse is composed of several cold rooms, and each cold room is equipped with an evaporator or a cooling pipe, a liquid conditioning station must be set up. The liquid is supplied to each evaporator or cooling pipe through the throttle valve.

5. The connection methods of pipelines generally include welding, threaded connection and flange connection. Welding should be used as much as possible, except where threaded connection or flange connection must be used for installation and maintenance. For threaded connection, lead oil or PTFE sealing tape should be applied to the thread. For flange connection, a convex and concave stop should be made on the joint surface of the flange, and a thickness of 1~3mm should be added to the stop, and lead oil should be coated on both sides. 6. Pipe installation slope: the horizontal pipe section of the oil separator in the exhaust pipe of the refrigeration compressor is inclined 0.3%~0.5% to the direction of the oil separator; the section from the oil separator to the condensing pipe is inclined 0.3%~0.5% to the direction of the condenser; the condenser outlet The horizontal section from the liquid pipe to the high-pressure accumulator is inclined by 0.5%~1.0% towards the direction of the high-pressure accumulator; the horizontal pipe section from the liquid sub-conditioning station to the cooling pipe is inclined 0.1%~0.3% in the direction of the cooling pipe; the cooling pipe to the gas The horizontal pipe section of the sub-conditioning station is inclined 0.1%~0.3% to the direction of the cooling exhaust pipe; the horizontal pipe section of the Freon suction pipe is inclined 0.19~0.3% to the direction of the refrigeration compressor.

7. For the bending of the pipe, when the diameter of the pipe is below Ф57, the radius of the pipe bend is not less than 3 times the outer diameter of the pipe; when the pipe diameter is above Ф57, the radius of the pipe bend is not less than 3.5 times the outer diameter of the pipe. The connection of the pipe should take into account the thermal expansion and contraction of the pipe. Therefore, when the low-pressure pipe exceeds 100m and the high-pressure pipe exceeds 50m, a telescopic elbow should be added to the appropriate position of the pipeline.

8. The wall pipe support seat should be heated with adiabatic hardwood, the wall pipe should be more than 150mm away from the wall, and the ceiling pipe should be more than 300mm away from the ceiling.
