For example, when the cooler of the refrigeration unit suffers from severe fouling, it will affect the heat transfer effect and cause the overall operation efficiency of the equipment to be low. In addition to parts such as coolers that are prone to fouling, there will also be serious damage to the transmission mechanism. In other words, some important motor parts such as compressor impellers, transmission mechanisms, high and low speed bearings, etc. will be worn out during long-term use, which will easily cause insufficient operation efficiency of the equipment.

3. The equipment has a high load during the operation period because the equipment is often overloaded during production. Under normal circumstances, the load operation rate of refrigeration equipment is best to be 80% to obtain the highest efficiency, but it is usually difficult to achieve in the specific production process, so it is likely to be inefficient.

4. The operating temperature changes too much. The operating factors that need to be paid attention to at different temperatures of the refrigeration equipment, such as the cooling water temperature, will be different. Generally speaking, there will be air conditioning and ventilation systems in the chiller factory to cool the environment, so that the refrigeration equipment is in a constant temperature environment. However, if there is a problem with this kind of equipment that controls the working temperature, it will eventually cause problems with the operating efficiency of the equipment.
